Branch News: How to Reduce Stock Levels

As a new member of IOM and a student of the Institute's Certificate in Operations Management, I attended my first North West branch meeting on the 29th April where Dr Tony Wild was talking about ‘How to Reduce Stock Levels’. This I believe being the second meeting held at the Man & Scythe Meeting Room in Bolton, the presentation developed stock reduction in 3 stages

First step - Make the Records Accurate Make the Data Believable - People are quite used to accepting poor information.
