Institute news:CouncilIn June, members holding Fellow and Member grades will have received a letter concerning nominations to Council.
Council is the governing body of the IOM with responsibilities for all aspects of the running of the Institute. Council normally meets four times a year at the Institute’s Offices in Coventry, with meetings starting at 3.00pm and usually finishing around 6.00pm.
Members of Council are elected by the wider membership. If you would like to become more involved in the management and activities of the Institute, why not put your name forward for one of the vacancies?
The closing date for nominations to be received is Monday, 2nd August. If you wish to discuss the role of Council members further, please contact the Chief Executive, Julie Tayler, at IOM HQ.
