Connect your supply chain

Order management is an area that has been by-passed in the journey to ‘Lean Business’, but represents a significant opportunity for waste elimination and improving customer service. By electronically connecting key suppliers and customers for collaborative order management, a company can enjoy the benefits of reduced operating costs and improved responsiveness.

Sales and Purchasing personnel can be freed from doing mundane order processing tasks and instead work on higher value-adding tasks. Connecting customers electronically can also improve customer loyalty, as the company becomes easier and cheaper to do business with.
