New Course - Quality Management: From Quality Control to Total Quality Management

This new course introduces the concept of quality and its expected benefits and then moves on to examine how today's modern concepts of total quality management have developed from Quality Control (QC), through Quality Assurance (QA) and Total Quality Control (TQC)...

The programme then introduces various concepts, tools, techniques and models for QA and TQC. It concludes with an introduction to the TQM models in general and the EFQM Model in particular. The participants then have the opportunity to conduct an assessment of their own organisation against the EFQM Business Excellence Model.

Aimed at any level of management, from both commercial and industrial organisations, the course is delivered in an interactive style, using workshops and games. Delegates may attend for both days of the course, or for just the first day of the programme. The course will take place on 21st - 22nd June and will be run by Umit Bititci, Trevor Turner and Norman Lees. For further details contact the Institute's HQ on 02475 692266.
