ERP? – It's All About The Basics

Most companies, having implemented ERP, are disappointed with the results. They read the brochures, they had the demo 's and life was supposed to get easier. But it didn 't

Shortages are up, overdues are up, work in progress is up and inventory is up too. So something must have gone wrong. Is it a software problem, have the users not had enough training or were we just mis-led? Probably not: we probably just didn 't get the basics right.
