Vol 28 - No 04 - May 2002 Presentation to BT Network Build Board Members As members will recall from the last issue of Control , BT Network Build, part of BT Wholesale, a unit within BT with some 30,000 people, in partnership with the IOM has introduced a 'Continued Professional Development' programme and are encouraging their operations people to join the Institute. At a recent Network Build event attended by some 90 senior managers from BT Network Build, the members of the Network Build Board for Operations were presented with their membership certificates by the Institute’s Chairman, Peter Catton. Peter took the opportunity to welcome the organisation to the Institute and offered his congratulations on their Business Fitness initiative which would lead to over 400 managers from Network Build joining the Institute. He looked forward to developing a long standing relationship with Network Build and to their people actively participating in the activities of the Institute.
