Vol 28 - No 07 - September 2002 Pharmaceutical, Chemical and toiletries (SIG): Wanted: New Members The Pharmaceutical, Chemical and Toiletries Special Interest Group organises a programme of company visits and talks (often in association with the regional branches) of interest to members working in the pharmaceutical, chemical and toiletries industries. The Group also runs a Benchmarking Club for interested companies in the pharmaceutical industry to share best practice and discuss common issues. Events are planned through a group committee that usually meets 4 or 5 times a year at IOM headquarters in Coventry. The committee is ooking for new members who would be willing to contribute and help organise a lively and interesting programme of events. The committee is always interested in ideas for events or visits, so if anyone is willing to host a company visit (either during the day, or in the evening) or is prepared to give a talk on a relevant topic, we would be delighted to hear from you.
