Simplification, automation or frustration?

Financial justification and implementation of ATM can cause many problems. The financial outlays, and the consequences of failure can be immense. This article aims to show how investment in an automation project can be better justified; the amount of money committed to the project at any one time can be reduced; the risks associated with the project can be reduced.
